That’s why your Google Business Profile (formerly Google My Business) needs to be in the “local pack” in the search results.

It’s more than just being listed there, you need to have a great star rating, photos, and all the other stuff filled out and ready to go.

Who is GBP optimization for?

• Any local business that sells products or services. It works best for businesses that are already established and have customers.

This is what I’d do for you:

• Consistent Content. As a business, you can post updates for your visitors on your GBP and Google likes when you do that regularly.
